About Certificates Issued
I. Types
1) Certificate of Enrollment Period ¡ú Only available for students who has been expelled from TIU.
2) Transcripts
3) Certificate of Graduation (Undergraduate)
4) Certificate of Graduation (Graduate)
5) Certificate of English as Medium of Instruction
6) Certificate of Withdrawal ¡ú Only available for students who has have withdrawn from TIU.

* Current students can print certificates from the certificate issuing machine located on
each campus.

* A payment processing fee of ?200 per order will be charged for payments made by credit card, convenience store, or PayPay.

Order takes 3-5 business days (excluding weekend) after you complete the payment.
VI. Notes
At the time of your order, you will be asked to provide the following information:
- Name at the time of enrollment / graduation
- Student ID number
- Copy of government-issued photo ID
- The month and year you enrolled / graduated from TIU
- Address and phone number
¡ùIf your name has changed since the time of your graduation, please submit relevant document.

Monday - Friday 9:30 am - 6:00 pm
Please note that non-students, including alumni and their family members, are not allowed to enter the Ikebukuro campus. If you wish to receive certificates in person, they will be handed over at the Kawagoe campus.
II. TIU Periods of Closure
Summer Recess:? August 8, 2025 - August 17, 2025
Winter Recess: December 26, 2025 - January 4, 2026
