E-Track is a multi-campus program that allows students to experience courses at our Kawagoe Campus and Ikebukuro Campus. The amount of time spent studying at either campus depends on your major. Please refer to the chart below.

The E-Track Program enables students to cultivate a broad educational background and deepen their knowledge in the specialized fields of Data Science & AI (DSAI), Business Economics (BE), Digital Business & Innovation (DBI), and International Relations (IR).

B.S. in Data Science & AI (DSAI)

The Data Science & AI major is for students wanting to build a strong foundation in computer science, mathematics, statistics, and AI and digital-business applications. The major prepares graduates for careers such as data scientists, data analysts, AI engineers, and digital-business specialists, as well as for further study in technical or professional master¡¯s programs.

* For 2026 Fall intake, only first-year applicants may apply to the Data Science & AI (DSAI) major . TIU will accept transfer applicants for the DSAI major at a future intake to be decided.

B.A. in Business Economics (BE)

The Business Economics major is for students who want to work in the fields of international business or economic policy. In this major, students learn economics in a composite framework and explore ways of applying their knowledge in the business context.

B.S. in Digital Business & Innovation (DBI)

The Digital Business & Innovation major is for students who want to work in digital business, marketing, and IT. Today, graduates must acquire new skills that did not even exist in the recent past. This is why we've created a business major focusing on the digital era of today.

B.A. in International Relations (IR)

The International Relations major is for students who want to contribute to international society from a global perspective. The central themes of the major include international cooperation and the nature and causes of conflict, poverty, and war.

Japanese and Japan Studies

Learning Japanese and developing a deeper understanding of Japan enriches students' lives in Japan. For students who hope to eventually get a job in Japan or work for Japanese companies in their home countries, a command of the language opens up a broader range of options for the future.

General Education

The courses in General Education aim to extend students' general knowledge while developing a solid academic foundation. By learning a wide range of interdisciplinary courses, students deepen their understanding of fundamental human and social issues.
